By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 110/2026 dated 01.03.2026, registered at Police Station Narela, District Outer North, New Delhi, under Sections 74/75/115(2)/126(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Lalit Vats, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, as the investigation into the impugned FIR is still ongoing.

Accordingly, the petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
