By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioners seek following prayers :- " (a) direct the Respondent to clear the arrears of ad-interim maintenance granted in favour of the Petitioners vide order dated 07/12/2022 by the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Sarita Birbal, Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts, Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara District, Delhi in the sum of Rs. 2,05,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs five thousand only) pending from February 2023 to March 2024;

b) direct the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts, Karkardooma Courts, Shahdara District, Delhi to decide the interim maintenance application of the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible without giving any further opportunity to the Respondent to delay the arguments on the interim maintenance application of the Petitioners;" 2.

pending consideration. Insofar as prayer (b) is concerned, considering that the maintenance application was filed on 26.02.2021, the petitioners shall be at liberty to make a request before the concerned Court who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of with the above observations alongwith miscellaneous application.
