The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973] seeking quashing of FIR No.448/2025 dated 18.09.2025, registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, District Rohini, New Delhi, under Sections 318(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement. 2.
A perusal of the impugned FIR shows that allegations have also been made against government officials with regard to the misuse of their official positions, and against several accused persons with regard to the CRL.M.C. 2698/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The FIR is still at the stage of investigation; chargesheet has not yet been filed.

In this view of the matter, Mr. Vikram Pawar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to move the Court for the same relief at the appropriate stage, if otherwise permissible. 5.
The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
