% 19.09.2019 I.A. 9660/2019 This is an application filed by the plaintiff for withdrawal of the suit. On August 14, 2019 the learned Joint Registrar has passed the following order:

"IA No. 9660/2019 (u/o XXIII Rule 1 & Section 151 CPC filed by plaintiff for withdrawal of the case) Learned counsel for defendants 8 to 18 as well as defendant No.4 who appears in person state that they have no objection, if the application of plaintiff is allowed and plaintiff is permitted to withdraw the suit.

Defendant No.4, who appears in person, further states that defendants 1 to 3 & 5 to 7 are her brothers & sisters and also

mother and they have also no objection to the application of plaintiff. Let reply/affidavit in the form of "No Objection" if any, be filed by defendants within two weeks. As prayed, list the matter before Hon'ble Court on the date already fixed in the case i.e. on 18.09.2019." The defendant Nos.8 to 18 and even the defendant No.4 who is present in person in Court states that they have no objection if the suit is withdrawn. Noting that the defendant Nos.1 to 3 and 5 to 7 have already given their no objection to the application of the plaintiff on August 14, 2019, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
