CRL.M.C. 2337/2024 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 558/2020 dated 21.08.2020 under Sections 354/506/509 IPC registered at PS: Mehrauli. 2.

W.P.(CRL) 940/2024 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 723/2023 dated 13.12.2023 under Sections 420/406/34 IPC registered at PS: Mehrauli.

Reading of the petitions shows that albeit there is an averment that settlement has been arrived between the parties, however, neither there is a reference to any Settlement Agreement nor has any document been filed. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions with complete particulars, after Settlement Agreement is executed.

Petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
