The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction being raised at property bearing no.4666, Gali No.-49, Regar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent-MCD and submits that the aforesaid construction is being carried out pursuant to an approved sanction plan.

2.1 He further submits that in the event any deviations are found in the construction being carried out, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken.

Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the present writ petition is disposed of.
