Learned APP for the State has brought the CCTV footage containing incident in question where the applicant is found armed with a knife and submits that the injured has again been admitted in hospital as he has to undergo some operation.

I.O. states that charge-sheet has been filed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has yet not been supplied with the copy of the charge-sheet.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application at this stage. He, however, seeks liberty to file the application afresh at a subsequent stage, after he gets the copy of charge-sheet from the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present bail application is disposed of, as not pressed.
