% 02.03.2020 Crl.M.A.No.4649/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(Crl.) No.603/2020 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitionerfather seeking production of his minor daughter-Baby Amayra Arora,

aged about four years. It is alleged in the present criminal writ petition that Baby Amayra Arora has been illegally detained by respondent no.3-mother of the child since 17th February, 2020. Today Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned standing counsel for the State has produced the respondent no.3-mother of the child as well as Baby Amayra Arora.

We have spoken to the parties in chamber and we find that Baby Amayra Arora is not in illegal detention. It is mutually agreed between the parties that the petitioner shall meet Baby Amayra Arora every Saturday and Sunday for two hours at a mutually convenient place. Both the parties assure this Court that the meeting would take place in an amicable atmosphere. They further assure this Court that they would not take the law into their own hands and they would file appropriate legal proceedings for asserting their rights.

Recording the aforesaid undertaking, the present criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
