By way of this writ petition filed as a PIL, the petitioner is challenging the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in FAO No.385/2013 dated 28.10.2015 titled New India Assurance Co. Ltd. v. Puran Lal & Ors.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we are of the view that no writ petition can be maintained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against a judicial order passed by the learned Single Judge inter partes.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
