O R D E R

% 05.03.2020 In terms of the proceedings dated 2.3.2020, the State has submitted the status report under the signatures of the SHO Sanjeev Kumar, PS Vasant Kunj South, which indicates to the effect that the petitioner's wife requires an urgent operation and also the assistance of a caretaker and that the patient requires admission for two weeks for the operation and three to four weeks of post operation care. As per the status report, the petitioner has two children one born on 21.9.2000, a major, studying in B. Com and another pursuing her CBSE examination.

In the circumstances, in view of the status report submitted by the State and the verified documents qua the ailment of the wife of the petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety in the like

amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the directions that he shall not leave the city and shall not tamper with the evidence in any manner and shall surrender on the last day of the expiry of the four weeks.

The Bail Appln. 619/2020 is disposed of.
