% 10.12.2015 Execution petition was adjourned sine die with liberty to the decree holder to get it revived.

Petition was adjourned sine die on the request of the counsel for the decree holder on the ground that decree holder was to ascertain address and particulars of the properties of the judgment debtor to be attached for realisation of the decretal amount. Nine years have gone by since then.

No application for revival of the petition has been filed. Execution petition has been disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to get it revived, if necessary.
