% 06.03.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties invite our attention to a deed of settlement dated 06.03.2018, to urge that the present appeal may be disposed of in terms thereof. A copy of the said settlement deed has been handed over in the Court today. The terms of the said settlement entered into between the parties are lawful and the same are taken on record and exhibited as Ex.C1.

Consequently, the accompanying appeal is disposed of in terms of the said settlement, whilst directing the parties to comply with their

reciprocal obligations, without demur.
