(Crl.) 787/2019 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of FIR No. 561/2018 under Section 376(2)(n)/506 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station - Shakarpur, Delhi.
Notice. Learned counsel for the State accepts notice and vehemently opposes the present petition and argued that the present petition is not maintainable as Section 376 IPC is involved in the FIR.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
