This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1/MCD and the respondent no.3/SHO to take action against the ongoing unauthorised construction in property No.355, New Layal Pur Colony, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 (hereinafter 'subject property'). 2.

advance notice submit that the aforesaid property was the subject matter of W.P.(C) 13074/2025 titled as "Dharmendra v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors.". The said petition was disposed of by this Court on 27th August, 2025, directing MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. They further submit that there is no ongoing construction in the subject property. The construction in the property stands complete and a completion certificate has been issued on 13th March, 2026. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner, on instruction from the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. 4.
