At the outset, Ms. Anjana Gosain, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that in compliance with the directions contained in the judgment/order dated 31.10.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 218/2025 and the judgment/ order dated 23.01.2026 passed in LPA 10/2026, an offer of appointment has been sent to the petitioner on 09.04.2026. 2.

It is further submitted that the date and place of joining shall also be intimated to the petitioner shortly.

It is assured and undertaken that necessary compliance with the directions contained in the aforesaid judgment / orders dated 31.10.2025 and 23.01.2026 shall be done expeditiously and the petitioner's appointment shall be facilitated. The said statement is taken on record. 4.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 5.
