b) And further direct the investigating officer to submit the complete action taken report in FIR bearing No. 0618 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 and Complaint Case no. 25 of 2023 pending before Ld. Court, South West District, Dwarka, New Delhi; c) pass such other of further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
