This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

It is stated that parties have settled their disputes during the pendency of the present petition under Vivad Se Vishwas-II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme promulgated by the Government of India. 3.

It is stated that in fact, similarly Petitioner as well has withdrawn its Section 34 petition bearing no. O.M.P. (COMM) 112/2019. 4.
