The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: - "(a) To issue Order /Direction for Quashing/Setting Aside of Criminal Complaint bearing No.1657 /2021 and titled as "The Registrar of Companies Vs. Nikhil Goel" being barred by limitation in view of section 468 of Cr. PC. and wherein Ld. ACMM (Special Acts) Central District, THC, Delhi unwarrantedly took cognizance and issued Notice/ Summon to the Petitioner, ; and/ or;
(b) Pass such order or further order/ s as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."
