O R D E R

% 04.03.2020 The verification report has been submitted by the State pursuant to the proceeding dated 3.3.2020 which indicates that the petitioner's family comprises of his wife, three children, mother, younger brother and sister-in-law and though the brother of the petitioner is residing at his native village Alampur he keeps coming to lookafter the family of the applicant and that the mother of the petitioner visits the house of the petition in case of any need and that the applicant's wife is suffering from severe Anaemia (nutritional deficiency), generalized weakness, loss of appetite with fever and vomiting and low blood pressure and has been advised iron supplements and other supportive treatment but that she requires no surgery.

The petitioner, as observed vide the proceedings dated 3.3.2020, seeks grant of interim bail which had earlier been sought for one month and has now been sought for period of five days to submit

to the effect that the examinations of applicant's daughter, who is in standard X, are in process w.e.f. 20.2.2020 to 18.3.2020 and he be allowed to assist his daughter.

The status report submitted by the State indicate that four examination have been conducted and there only two examinations left.

On a consideration of the submissions that have been made and the gravity of allegation levelled against the applicant taking into account the earlier aspect that the applicant has been allegedly found in possession of Spasmo Proxvon Plus capsules, there is no ground for grant of bail.

The application is dismissed.
