Mr. Akhil Sibal, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that its grievance against the appellant is fully addressed and the respondent does not wish to press the W.P.(C) No. 3158/2024 insofar as it concerns the appellant. He further states that the respondent shall move an application before the learned Single Judge for deleting the appellant from the array of parties.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not press the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of. All pending applications are also disposed of.
