% 20.02.2018 IA 2391/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner/applicant seeking clarification of the order dated 21st April, 2017. This Court by its order dated 21st April, 2017, taking into account the Arbitration Agreement as contained in clause 26 of the Agreement dated 16th March, 2015 executed between the parties and the invocation thereof, had appointed the arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Whether the petitioner in such arbitration proceedings would be entitled to raise a claim with respect to Shivi Distributors or not is a question to be decided by the Arbitrator alone and for this reason, no clarification is required from this Court.
