The compliance affidavit has already been filed and it is submitted that the present contempt petition may be dismissed as there is already a due compliance of the directions issued by learned Division Bench of this Court on 21.11.2019 in W.P.(C) No. 12073/2016.

2.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that the compliance affidavit was filed way back in February, 2024 and thereafter there is no appearance from the side of the petitioners and since, nothing is left in the present matter, the present contempt petition be disposed of. 3.

Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, even today. 4.

6.

Be that as it may, in view of the compliance affidavit submitted by respondent, it becomes clear that nothing survives in the present matter and it seems that precisely for the above said reason, there is no appearance from the side of petitioner.
