% 19.03.2018 The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 523/2017 under Sections 354/354A/506 and Section 10 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, Delhi. The petitioner is present in Court in person. He submits that he has been acquitted by the trial court.

Learned Addl. PP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, confirms the fact. In view of the above, since the petitioner has already been acquitted, the present petition became infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
