BAIL APPLN. 689/2019 and CRL.M.(BAIL) 506/2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 08/2019, under Sections 379 IPC registered at police station Raja Garden Metro Station, Delhi while claiming to be innocent.

Upon notice learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation in this case.

Upon hearing and on perusal of FIR of this case and connected FIR No. 2/2019, under Sections 323/341 of IPC (Annexure P-5), I find it to be a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail. In the event of arrest, petitioner be BAIL APPLN. 689/2019

released on bail upon his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting Officer.

This application is accordingly disposed of, while not commenting upon the merits of this case.
