It appears that the petitioner's father had filed an Appeal bearing no. RFA(OS) 119/2011 before this Court. This Court had disposed of the same on 27.09.2012 in terms of the compromise entered between the parties. 4.

The Court directed the Collector of Stamp to refund the Court fees paid by the petitioners' father in the aforesaid matter on the basis of the certificate issued by the Registry. It remains undisputed that the necessary certificate was issued by the Registry.

the Respondents; however, their grievance has not been mitigated. 6.

As of now, there does not seem any dispute with respect to the entitlement of the petitioners for refund of the Court fees which has already been directed by the Court.

Learned counsel who appears for the respondents, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner approaches the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Saket, the said authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and deal with the same without any further delay. 8.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of with the following directions:

(i) Let the petitioners to approach the concerned SDM. (ii) Let the petition along with a copy of this order be sent to the concerned SDM by Ms. Vaishali Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, also.

(iii) Let the concerned SDM to deal with the petitioner's request in accordance with law and to pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today.

(iv) If the concerned SDM is of the opinion that any further enquiry is necessary, let him issue the communication to the petitioners. The petitioners undertake to cooperate with the same.
