O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 244/2024 The present petition has been filed under Section 29-A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for an extension of the mandate for six months with effect from 01.04.2024.

The petitioner seeks an extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months with effect from 01.04.2024 for passing the Award.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal will be expired on 31.03.2024. Issue notice.
