This is a petition under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the learned Arbitrator to conclude the arbitration proceedings and pass the award. 2.
It is stated that on account of multiple adjournments, the arbitration proceedings could not be concluded.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and a period of 1 year from 24.02.2024 is granted to the learned Sole Arbitrator to conclude the proceedings and pass the award. The parties are requested not to take unnecessary adjournments.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
