% 03.03.2020 CRL.M.A. 4728/2020 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 1222/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition submitting to the effect that there are some typographical errors in para 2 of the petition mentioning an erroneous FIR qua the cross FIR in question and seeks liberty to file the petition afresh after taking necessary correction.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed seeking to incorporate FIR No.436/2018, PS New Ashok Nagar in para 2 of the petition.
