% 03.03.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.96/2019, PS Vivek Vihar, under Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the basis of a settlement dated 21.02.2020 arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2. The status report has been submitted on behalf of the State indicating that the charge sheet is yet to be filed and the investigation is not complete in as much as report of the FSL is yet to be received. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks to withdraw the present petition, which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
