The present writ petition is being filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Registry of the Learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "DRAT") for listing of the Appeal no. 24/2025 as well as to Debt Recovery Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as "DRT') for expeditious disposal of S.A. no. 17/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the aforementioned appeal, being Appeal No. 24 of 2025, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. assailing the order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also filed S.A. No. 17 of 2024 seeking setting aside of the Demand Notice dated 17.03.2022. However, neither the appeal nor the said application has been taken up for hearing and both are still pending adjudication. 5.
In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application with regard to their urgency before the concerned DRAT.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection to the same.

As soon as the application is filed, we expect that the concerned DRAT to consider and decide the said application expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments. 8.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition along with pending applications, if any, is disposed of. No other grievance/prayer is made before us.
