The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(a) Issue a writ, order, or direction, in the nature of certiorari and quash Order dated 29.02.2024 (Ref: Annexure P-1) bearing Ref. No. Computer No. 134773 in F. No. HAJ-15/28/2022-HAJ-MoMA qua the Petitioner; quash the Office Memorandum dated 01.03.2024 (Ref: Annexure P-2); and quash the Communication dated 11.03.2024 (Ref: Annexure P-3) issued to the Petitioner by the Respondent.

(b) Issue a writ, order, or direction, declaring that the Petitioner is eligible for registration and allocation of quota of visas of Haj Group Operators [HGOs] for Haj 2024 under the applicable Haj Policy 2024. (c) Issue a writ, order, or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent accept the Petitioner's Application (bearing reference number MH02490924) dated 14.01.2024 for registration and allocation of quota of visas of Haj Group Operators, Category-II [HGOs] for Haj 2024 under the applicable Haj Policy 2024.
(d) In the alternative and in the event prayers a, b, and c, are not granted on account of registration and allocation of all the quotas already done by the Respondent, then this Hon'ble Court is prayed to pass an appropriate order directing the Respondent to declare the Petitioner eligible for registration for Haj 2025 and also direct the Respondent to pay compensation to the Petitioner for the losses suffered by it with regards Haj 2024."

Material on record indicates that the Petitioner has given a representation to the Committee giving clarifications to the Order rejecting the case of the Petitioner whereby the Petitioner has clarified that there was no fault in the application of the Petitioner for Haj 2020-2023 and the only defect in the application of the Petitioner for Haj 2020-2023 was of a mismatch of GST Numbers which was also set aside vide Judgment dated 25.05.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 7120/2023. 3.
It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondent that the representation of the Petitioner would be decided by 31.03.2024 positively. 4.
