O R D E R

% 22.03.2016 After some hearing the learned counsel for the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal submitting that he has been so instructed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In terms of order dated 01.02.2011, the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest was deposited with the Registrar General. By order dated 27.05.2011, 75% of the said deposit was allowed to be released to the claimants, the balance held in fixed deposit account in the name of Registrar General initially for a period of one year to be renewed from time to time. The Registrar General shall now take requisite steps to release the balance as well to the claimants in terms of the impugned judgment. Statutory deposit, if made, shall be refunded.
