The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to deseal the property bearing No.F-2/1, Sunder Nagri, Delhi. 2.

Material on record indicates that the Petitioner was not given any kind of notice before the property was sealed.

In view of the fact that the property has been sealed without giving any notice to the Petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the Respondents to de-seal the property and proceed further in accordance with law.
