% 03.03.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to correct the revenue entry.

On 5.6.2018 the petitioner had written an application to the SDM stating that by order dated 2.4.2008 the SDM had directed to delete the entry pertaining to the land in question being part of Khasra No.317. The grievance of the petitioner is that this application which is annexed at page 51 is not being dealt with by the SDM.

Let the SDM treat the present Writ Petition as a representation of the petitioner for making necessary correction in the revenue records. The SDM will dispose of this representation/application of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of the order. Nothing further survives in the petition.
