By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 92/2026, dated 24.01.2026, lodged at Police Station Mundka, Delhi, under Section 65 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Act, 2012. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Sagar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
