1. The only prayer in the present petition is for a direction to be issued to the Armed Forces Tribunal („AFT‟), Principal Bench, to dispose of the OA No.42/2012 which has been pending there for over seven years.

2. The Court permits the Petitioner, who appears in person, to file an appropriate application before the AFT for the above relief within a period of one week from today. If the application is so filed, the AFT is requested to pass appropriate orders on such application and give a firm date for final hearing of the Petitioner‟s OA No.42/2012. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
