Petitioner has challenged summoning order dated 09.12.2024 passed in complaint case No. 9141/2024 by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East District, Karkardooma Courts. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that nothing survives in the present matter as the complaint in question has already been withdrawn on 12.01.2026 by respondent No.1/complainant. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition does not survive having become infructuous.
