The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorized construction at property bearing no.K-31, Gali No.4, Anand Parvat Industrial Area, Delhi110005. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that a demolition order qua the property has already been passed on 09.03.2024 and that further action, in accordance with law, shall be taken expeditiously.
