The present application has been filed by the petitioner - M/s Libra Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ["Company"] seeking permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies. 2.
It is clear from the application that the petitioner seeks permission to pursue alternative remedies. The application is supported by an affidavit of the Director of the petitioner - Company, who had also filed the writ petition on its behalf.

Mr. Rahul Jaryal, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner and confirms that the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition. 4.
The application is allowed. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
