The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos.2 and 3 to expedite the hearing relating to the complaint made by the petitioner. It is seen that the complaint has been listed before the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum-II, for final hearing.

This Court is not inclined to pass any directions. However, it is open for the petitioner to make appropriate request for concluding hearing before District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum-II. It is expected that the petitioner's request would be entertained and no further adjournments would be granted to the parties. 2.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. 3.
