In short, it is submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes. Learned counsel for the respondent also acknowledges the same.

In view of the Settlement arrived at between the parties, a demand draft bearing No.0567728 dated 12.02.2024 in the sum of Rs.5 lacs, drawn on Axis Bank Ltd., Ashok Vihar Branch, New Delhi is handed over to the authorized representative of the petitioner/company towards full and final settlement.
