% 30.01.2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought time to obtain instructions. Having done so, he states that he would like to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the learned Tribunal and/or other judicial fora for redressal of his grievances. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that they will not take any coercive action against the petitioner till four weeks. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
