After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner restricts his prayers in the present Petition to extension of time in making the deposit of Rs. 6,00,000/-.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner (Defendant before the learned Trial Court) contends that the learned Trial Cout had directed that the amount be deposited within a period of one month from the date of the Impugned Order i.e., 04.02.2025. It is contended that the Petitioner requires time up to 15.05.2025 to make this deposit in view of the fact that the Petitioner is trying to arrange the funds.
