The present Petition has been filed impugning the order dated 11.11.2024 [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"] passed by the learned District Judge-06 (South) Saket Courts, Delhi. By the Impugned Order, the Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed by Petitioner/Defendant No. 6 before the learned Trial Court has been dismissed.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that he seeks to limit his prayers in the present Petition for permission to file a fresh Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC before the learned Trial Court.
