Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without prejudice to the legal issues which arise the petitioner be permitted to withdraw his challenge to the impugned Order.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions without prejudice to their legal arguments. It is further stated that because they are withdrawing the present petitions, they shall be complying with the impugned Orders.

Learned Sr. Counsel Shri Hariharan has taken a serious objection to the withdrawal on the ground that serious legal issues that are being claimed by the petitioner already stands settled right up to Supreme Court. 4.

It is further submitted on behalf of Mr. Siddharth Luthra, Ld. Sr. Advocate that in the case of Criminal Trials Guidelines Regarding Inadequacies and Deficiencies vs. State of Andhra Pradesh and Ors. (2021) 10 SCC 598, guidelines have already been framed for supply of documents in all criminal cases.

embargo on any party to raise any objection and if the law is settled, the parties are at liberty to agitate the same before the appropriate Forum. 6.

Both the petitions are permitted to be withdrawn and are accordingly disposed of along with pending applications.
