Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that the inter se disputes have been settled amicably under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation Center. They submit that the terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026. 2.
The terms of settlement are recorded from para 1 to para 16 of the Settlement Agreement.

The Settlement Agreement along with the annexures appended thereto are taken on record. The Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

There does not seem to be any impediment in decreeing the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2026. 5.
Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of para 1 to para 16 of the Settlement Agreement.
