% 02.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition in terms of the settlement dated 18th July, 2017 reached between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of in terms of the settlement reached between the parties on 18th July, 2017. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement dated 18th July, 2017.
