This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a medical degree holder from foreign University and wants to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination ("FMGE"), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences ("NBEMS"). However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency ("NTA") has furnished particulars of the petitioner as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecards.

The respondent No. 1, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioner, which reads as under:- 5.
