This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ of certiorari for quashing the office order dated 15.03.2024 issued by the respondents whereby the petitioner has been re-deployed as Tech-I/AC; (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to redeploy the petitioner in Ministerial Cadre of Railway Protection Force or in any other suitable department commensurate with medical condition of petitioner such as Commercial, Medical, Personnel etc.;

(iii) Pass any such others orders as it may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Ms. Avshreya Pratap Singh Rudy appears for the respondents states, she has instructions from the department to state that the present writ petition shall be considered as representation on behalf of the petitioner to be decided by the competent authority in the respondents organisation within a period of four weeks as an outer limit. 4.

Noting the said submission, the petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to treat this writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and dispose of the same according to rules, if any. Till such time, interim order dated March 21, 2024, shall continue. 5.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order to be passed by the respondents, he shall seek such remedy as available in law. 6.
