At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition, particularly, in view of the fact that the learned Trial Court has given permission to the petitioner to institute fresh suit. It is contended that the petitioner would now file a fresh suit seeking possession also. 2.

Be that as it may, in view of the fact that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
